OROTI6(X) Departure
The OROTI6(X) departure (Formerly BUTOP5(X) irl and currently BUTO5(X) in IF) procedure is primarily used by flights bound for some of the north Indian cities (like Amritsar, Srinagar, Jammu, etc.), US, Canada, Europe, some Central Asian countries (like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan), and Turkey (occasionally).
Although, this procedure ends at OROTI WPT, the reason I'm adding BUTOP is to avoid any confusions. The airway A589, on which OROTI WPT is located, has BUTOP WPT next to OROTI WPT. Please check out the images below to get an idea of how it looks.

SURAM6(X) Departure
The SURAM6(X) departure (Formerly SURAM5(X) irl and currently SURA5(X) in IF) procedure is primarily used by flights bound for the Middle East, certain Central Asian countries (like Iran, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, etc.), and Turkey (occasionally). It is also sometimes used by flights heading to United States and various European destinations. Typically, Air India uses this procedure for specific routes to Europe and USA, occasionally but not consistently. Nevertheless, I haven’t seen this procedure used by any domestic flights.

SP6(X) Departure
The SP6(X) departure (Formerly SP5(X) irl and currently SP5(X) in IF) procedure is only used by flights departing for North Indian destinations like Leh, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Dharamshala, Kullu Bhuntar, and Shimla. This procedure is NEVER used by international flights.
Additionally, there is no official procedure for SP departures from runways 11-29 (L/R). However, while runway 11L/R is never used for SP departures, runway 29L/R is sometimes used for this purpose. I have included the general usage pattern observed by me in the description below.

- (RWY 29L/R)
There is no official procedure for departure from runway 29L/R to SP WPT. However, this does not mean that these runways are never used for such departures. Based on my observations on Flightradar24, when these runways are used for SP WPT departures, the aircrafts will be flown in following way:
1. The aircraft will first fly runway heading until at or above 2500 ft, as in other departure procedures.
2. Then, it will be directed to turn left to heading 190 and maintain this heading until reaching 7000 ft.
3. Once at 7000 ft, the aircraft will be instructed to fly directly to SP WPT and then continue with the flight plan after SP WPT.
For IF purposes, you may follow the same procedure if you wish. Since, SP WPT is available in IF, so, you may use direct-to feature as usual. Furthermore, please note that the specific altitude and heading instructions mentioned above are not always followed, but this is the general pattern observed on average.
