There are two main procedures used for arrivals from the west, as follows:

ELKUX6(X)

LKA6(X)

Click on the finishing line to go back to topmost page.

ELKUX6(X) Arrival

The ELKUX6(X) arrival (Formerly IGINO5(X) irl and currently IGIN5(X) in IF) procedure is primarily used by flights arriving from north Indian cities such as Amritsar, Srinagar, and Jammu, as well as from western countries like US, Canada, European nations (though not always, but, most of the time), Russia, etc.

This procedure can be confusing because ELKUX was previously a waypoint on the airway preceding to IGINO, with IGINO as the starting waypoint of the STAR at the airport. However, IGINO has been removed from all procedures and replaced by ELKUX. Therefore, do not add the IGINO arrival into your flight plan. Instead, include the tracks included below after ELKUX according to the runway you intend to arrive on. Please check out the hyperlink below in description to get an idea of how it looks.
